At the start of the day we will drive straightforwardly to Janki Chatti. 6 kms excursion to Yamunotri starts from here. From Janki Chatti you can start the excursion course either by strolling or you can similarly enroll a Pony/Palanquin (to own detriment). Two underground springs are moreover present at Yamunotri offering lightening to tired pilgrims at a height of 3,292 meters (10,801 ft), Surya Kund, has amazingly heated water, while Gauri Kund, had tepid water suitable for washing. On arriving in Yamunotri proceed to sacrosanct dive in customary hot water spring One can cook rice in "Surya Kund" (bubbling water spring), dunking in a material and take cooked rice home as Prasadam. Pooja should be introduced to "Divya Shila". Take gifts of Mata Yamuna and excursion down to Janki Chatti. Later drive back to Barkot for night stay.
